Grilled BBQ Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Salmon Fillets, 6-8 oz.
  • 3 oz. Charley Bigg's Hot Pepper Grilling Sauce
  • 3 oz. Charley Bigg's Apple BBQ and Grilling Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Dash Salt 1 Dash White Pepper

PROCEDURESS:

  1. Rinse Salmon in cold water, pat dry. Skin side down. Brush salmon fillet lightly with olive oil sprinkle with salt & pepper and let stand for 5 minutes. Rub with mixture of CB's Apple & Hot Pepper BBQ Sauces, completely coat fillets. Place fillets on medium heat & grill, skin side down,close cover. Cook 7-10 minutes.
