Beef or Chicken Fajita Wrap

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast or London broil steak
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1/2 cup CHARLEY BIGG'S HOT PEPPER GRILLING SAUCE
  • 6 Flour tortillas

PROCEDURESS:

  1. Grill Chicken Breast or London Broil to desired temperature. Let cool and cut into julienne strips. Sauté peppers and onions in a skillet until tender, add beef or chicken strips and 1/2 cup CHARLEY BIGG'S HOT PEPPER GRILLING SAUCE and simmer for 5 minutes. Divide into flat tortillas and roll. (for added flavor marinate beef or chicken overnight in CB's BBQ Sauce)
