CB's Steamed Clams
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 bottle Charley Bigg's Bourbon BBQ & Grilling Sauce
- 1/2 bottle dark malt beer (the other half for you)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 pound steamer clams
PROCEDURESS:
- Put everything in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook until clams open. Serve in bowl with clam broth and garlic bread.
