CB's Steamed Clams

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 bottle Charley Bigg's Bourbon BBQ & Grilling Sauce
  • 1/2 bottle dark malt beer (the other half for you)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 pound steamer clams

PROCEDURESS:

  1. Put everything in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook until clams open. Serve in bowl with clam broth and garlic bread.
