CB's Hot Pepper BBQ Omelet
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tablespoons Charley Bigg's Hot Pepper Grilling & BBQ Sauce
- 6 egg yolks well beaten
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil (You may also add any other minced cheese, vegetable or meat to mixture)
PROCEDURESS:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Get spatula ready. Mix all items well until frothy. Heat on a burner Teflon coated 6 inch pan at medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add egg mixture to pan and gently heat until mixture is cooked firm on edges with a little liquid egg mixture in middle. Take spatula and flip omelet over, and immediately put in oven. At this point you may add diced cheese on top. Cook another 2 minutes until omelet puffs up. Flip over and serve.
