Low Fat BBQ Kielbasa
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pkg. Low Fat Turkey Kielbasa
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 1 cup of CHARLEY BIGG'S BBQ SAUCE
- 1 pkg. of your favorite rice
PROCEDURESS:
- Cross cut low fat keilbasa into 1/4" thick slices and cook in a large skillet at medium heat until slightly brown. Add julienned green peppers and cook to desired doneness and add CHARLEY BIGG'S BOURBON BBQ SAUCE. Heat and simmer for 7 minutes and serve over rice.
