CB's Pulled Pork Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 lb. Boneless pork shoulder
  • 2 lg. Onions quartered
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups Charley Bigg's Bourbon BBQ Sauce

PROCEDURESS:

  1. Simmer 1 1/2 cup CB's Sauce in 6 quart pot for 7-9 hrs. until meat falls apart easily Cool. Pull meat into 3/4" strands, place in frying pan, & sauté with remaining CB's Sauce until hot. Serve on a hard crusted bulky or sub roll.
